Wurst takes your privacy seriously. We will not sell, trade, or rent your information to anyone.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless a customer specifically requests another carrier. Our rates are based on your location, the weight of your package, and the amount for which we insure the package.

Domestic Shipping Options:
Priority (2-7 day delivery / starts at $10.00)

International Shipping Options:
Global Priority - Canada (1 - 3 weeks delivery / starts at $18)
Global Priority- United Kingdom (1 - 3 weeks delivery / starts at $30)
Global Priority - Continental Europe (1 - 3 weeks delivery / starts at $33)
Global Priority\ - Asian Pacific (1 - 3 weeks delivery / starts at $35)

We typically ship orders out within 2 business days, but may take longer under some circumstances. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped. Wurst is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the carrier nor customs.
TAX
All orders shipped within New York State or are to be picked up in person are subject to New York State Sales Tax (8.875%).
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If, for some reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer either an exchange or refund. Please contact us via email before returning any item.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned unused, with all packaging and Certificate of Authenticity included.

Refunds will be processed via Paypal.
Shipping & Handling costs are not refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand with Wurst. We recommend taking out insurance on any return as we will not be responsible for lost return packages.
